Hi,iam 38 with a 12 year old son,about to be a single parent and i am looking for a 2 bed house or flat, i currently work full time but will be looking into housing benifits,I will have references and a garentor in place,iam clean amd tidy and have no pets,looking in the pe30 2bw area as this is where my son has just started secondary school.In kings lynn.Norfolk.I would be a looking for a permenant place we could call home.
