Rude attitude, eviction three month postpartum

Three months postpartum - unfair treatment from landlord

I would like to seek help if there is anyway I could report landlord

I am three months postpartum, issues:

-a lot of issues about the property on move in (socket, window handles, not properly fitted blinds)
-boiler issues - we reported multiple times, he refused to fix, therefore kicked us out
-charge to deposit - rent arrears (apparently we have not served notice, however he was the one terminated the rent agreement himself, cleaning fee - we left property spotless even better yet he taken stain photo and trying to make it exaggerated, damage to property - which snapped part of cupboard frame which the electrician he sent might of damaged it to access to the socket reported)

I would like to know the best avenue to this as he caused me a lot of stress

The deposit should be protected via an approved deposit company, and you will have the opportunity to dispute the deductions & have an arbitrator decide the fair deduction.

If it isn’t protected, then you can report him to trading standards, and consider legal action.

You should speak to a no win no fee firm of lawyers and see if theyre willing to take your case. If theyre not, assume you have very little chance of successful legal action.
