Scotland Rent Cap and Eviction Ban: help with legal challenge

The rent cap of zero has been increased to 3%, but the eviction ban remains, with some exceptions in extreme circumstances. This demonisation of Scottish landlords is actually leading to a reduction in properties available to rent, as some are selling up, no longer able to manage insurance, loans, maintenance etc etc. Private landlords are being made scapegoats for a housing crisis that is surely the responsibility of local authorities to build more affordable housing? I’m happy to contribute to the legal costs.
