Hi i am a 55 year old woman, in full time employment, currently looking for a 1 bed flat or studio. It is proving quite difficult. I do have a small well behaved dog, therefore a garden or outside space is essential. My budget is realistically max 800 per month. Any help out there? I am looking in the brighton area. Shoreham, saltdean or peacehaven would be ok.
