I’m relocating to Leicester by the end of June and looking to rent a 2-bedroom house in or close to the LE4 5DU area, ideally within the catchment for Wolsey House Primary, Woodstock Primary Academy, or Buswells Lodge Primary as I have school-age children.
A bit about us: I work full-time as a Healthcare Assistant in the care sector (employed and sponsored), and my partner works in catering. We’re a reliable family household and can provide references and right-to-rent documents.
It’s also important for us to have secure off-street parking (a driveway, garage, or dedicated parking space) as my partner uses a motorbike daily for work.
Could you let me know what 2-bedroom properties you currently have available, the monthly rent, and whether they include driveway/garage parking? Also, would it be possible to send a few photos or arrange a viewing?
