I am about to serve a section 21 notice. The deposit was protected within 30 days and the prescribed information form was also provided in this time period.
The agent cant confirm if the new starter at the time provided the tenant with the deposit schemes information leaflet/T&Cs.
i have re-served all the documents including the information leaflet and T&Cs
Would the s.21 be valid now or does the deposit need to be returned?
