I am currently being supported by Westminster City Council, which is funding our temporary accommodation at approximately £1,750 per month, for a 2-bedroom. The Council is now actively assisting us in securing a suitable long-term private tenancy through its Private Rented Sector scheme. This includes support with the tenancy deposit and move-in costs (subject to approval), offering landlords additional reassurance.
I am looking for a self-contained 1 or 2-bedroom flat in Bromley or surrounding areas.
We are a quiet household consisting of myself and my 12-year-old son, who is disabled.I am his full-time carer, Non-smokers, non-drinkers, No pets, We live a calm, respectful lifestyle, I am seeking a long-term home where we can settle and build stability.
We take great care in maintaining a clean, quiet home and would treat any property with respect.
