We have had the same tenants for two years now. They always pay early and I think the rent is at the top end, i.e. it’s quite high compared to similar properties in the same area.
As I didn’t have any intention of putting the rent up yet, am I right in thinking that leaving the tenancy as periodic is better than all the faff to renew, as there is no material change?
