Professional couple moving to Birmingham from overseas for short term purposes looking for a short-term let (3-4 months). We do not have any credit history/references in the UK but have enough funds to pay for our accommodations and even willing to pay all of the rent upfront. Are short term lets even possible in our situation or are Airbnb’s/holiday lets our only option?
You can only look for a property , state your case to the landlord and offer to pay all upfront and hope.
