Looking for let to students with a tenancy commencement in summer for the 21/22 academic year. Can the openrent platform handle tenancies beginning several months in advance?

And more generally, when would the first months rent and security deposit be taken?
I’m assuming the holding deposit is taken upfront as in any case. What will happen to this after contracts are signed?

And if the rent and deposit are taken by OpenRent, will this be passed onto the landlord? It seems like the first months’ rent is only passed 10 days after the students have moved in.
