I am new to Open rent as a landlord.
Noted that open rent can populate tenancy agreements.
Wanted to know whether the former AST templates provided by open rent have now be amended in line with the renters right act namely the assured periodic tenancy.
Can someone direct me on how I can find these templates.

@Aniesha not yet as far as I’m aware. Ask OR support
Irrelevant as any clauses in current AST that are contrary to RRA just be come void and unenforceable from 1 may.
And if you are using Openrent ‘rent now’ it’s free to update to a new version if needed anyway
