In my tenancy agreement its written as either party shall have the right to terminate the tenancy no earlier than at the expiry of the first six month period and at any time thereafter by giving not less than two months notice in writing to that effect.Is this means I can break the 12 month tenancy after 6 months by giving 2 months notice at any point of time?

Please advice.
