we had viewing on Friday afternoon. Today is Monday and in the meantime we received several emails reminding us that we have firstly 72h than 46h to aprove the holiding depost. Why rush? it was weekend and aslo if we are paying for the refencing process we need to know he/she will pass hence asking potential tenants about the income. All of them will have a garantour so still waiting for the info about garantours income.We defintelly need 2-3 more days (weekend substitute) to make an inform decission.
The second thing is draconian measures if we do not approve the deposit. It will be returned to the tenant (we understand this!) and our advert will be offline. why off line? It does not explain for how long it will off line etc…
