Hi, i have a potential tenant who submitted the application with the holding deposit but made an error with the correct value for the combined annual income. How can the applicant edit the application to make the correction, before I am able to proceed, accept the application, and initiate referencing.
Hey, thanks for your comment. Wanted to avoid having to resubmit the holding deposit amount. In this case, i went ahead with the application since they would be asked to enter the details again in the referencing process. Assuming the income details they provide then, would be calculated to estimate affordability.
