Me and my family (wife and daughter) are looking for a place to stay. We’ve found your flat amazing, and are ready to place our deposit for it. We thought about renting for a few month, and then, if everything will be OK, we can prolong it.
We are from Russia. I’m 26 yo man, 26 yo wife, 2 yo daughter. I’m an English teacher, wife is a kindergarten teacher, in maternity leave for now at least a year. My hobby are riding bikes, big tennis, and of course teaching kids. Hers are knitting, watching series. We are a quiet, neat family, with no bad habits. Will mind your property as our own. Never had any law problems.
I can send you some photos of ours if you’ll require, no problem at all.
