Using rent now credit if the advert has been permanently paused

Hi, my first advert has been permanently hidden by Openrent as my move was consistently delayed over 6 months.

I have a new advert and have found tenants that I would like to use the credit for, but unsure how to do this as the credit is associated with the old advert.

Any advice welcome, thank you
