Good evening- family of 4 (2 Adults & 2 children aged 13 & 10) looking for 3 bedroom House in the Ryde/Close by area. We have to leave our current property by July this year due to our landlord selling our current home. Our landlord has given us permission to move out as soon as we find somewhere in the mean time.
We are in receipt of housing benefit top up, have a guarantor and can afford upto £950 per month. We don’t have any pets and non smokers, we been in current property 13 years and always pay our rent on time.
I have emailed alot of the islands estate agents already.
