Why bother? There is a free Govt aporoved model tenancy agreement online, or if you want a shorter one, just join one of the landlord associations where you get all the documents, guides and helpline free to members.
not sure I’d recommend them at all if you’ve no experience… and a lot will depend on that
The government’s recommended one (which unlike WHSmith’s is entirely free) is a good template to start with

I have always known about the Govt. Model agreement and last time uses Openrent’s agreenent.
How many here use the Govt. one?
I use it but have edited it substantially to fit my own requirements.
