Why so many company let enquiries?

We listed last week and have experienced the same issue. At first I was unsure but having done some research it’s a definite “No” from me. This thread on OpenRent is worth a read if you haven;t already seen it.

Corporate letting

I’m just advertising my first property (2 bed flat) and have been approached by a company who want to use it as a corporate let. Does anyone have any experience of this? Down sides, up sides? Thanks
