Say why you would be a good tenant and back it up by references from previous landlords and employer lined up. Good luck
Adding to that I can provide references from my employee if required with bank statements of course and I have been in my current tenancy 15 years, my landlord is retiring so would like to sell.
If anyone knows of anything suitable please let me know.
