I am currently selling my portfolio and am assisting one of my tenants in securing her next home.
She has been my tenant for 6 years and has an impeccable track record. Rent has been paid on time every single month without fail. The property is maintained to a very high standard, inspections have always been straightforward, and she is respectful, independent and low-maintenance.
She is a very quiet lady in her mid-60s who has been extremely settled in a one-bedroom property with a garden and driveway, so ideally would like something similar.
Preferred areas: Rubery, Rednal, Northfield, Bromsgrove and surrounding South Birmingham locations.
Current rent is £825pcm and there is flexibility for the right property.
