I was hoping the opposite we have a viewing but we are relying on saving a bit to help with our first months rent if it comes off he has our deposit but no idea how much we will get back as the is a fair amount of wear and tear very old paint chipping off carpets etc looking tired and worn we’ve been in the place quite a few years
Maybe he will cut it a some slack wrong paperwork and notice plus he wan the property back quickly
