Has anyone been charged £99 for relisting a property on openrent instead of £29 for starting a fresh advert..? Was not given any other option to choose at time!!
How did you not have a choice - you can always create a new listing (for free), how will OR know its same as somethinh you previously listed?
So you had a choice, surely.
If you dont want the 99 service including rightmove and ‘rentnow’ to create the tenancy, contact OR support and get a refund, assuming you havent used the ‘Rentnow’ bit yet. Then create a brand new listing using the 29 quid service.
