Acceptable stairs only floor level for letting

Hi. I have been looking at stairs only Victorian conversion apartments

Could I ask what is the minimum acceptable floor that is suitable for short-letting (airbnb), long letting etc?

I appreciate ground floor may be the best but would the limit be at second floor? i.e. anyone hearing second floor would it make it difference i.e. turning away or expecting a lower rent?

I would have thought 2nd floor and a t a lower rent

Many modern blocks have 3 or 4 storeys and no lift. I dont think it’s an issue for most tenants.

Incidently, don’t be fooled into thinking that an Airbnb let is not an AST if its the persons main home.
