Hello, I wonder if any LLs have come across any articles along the lines of - What to expect/ prepare for on the day the baliffs come. - A friend of mine (LL) has baliff coming and I think he needs to be prepared for lock changes, tenant belongings, waste disposal, meter reading (pest control?!) etc. I’m looking for something that he can read without me being responsible as I have never been through this process myself. HC Baliff. Any ideas welcome.
