Finally received a date for bailiff to evict a non paying tenant. Would love to hear people’s experience on the eviction day and what can stop the tenants being evicted by the bailiff. Property was rented to 2 working tenants.

Make sure you have a locksmith present at the time of the eviction in case they need to drill the lock and to change it once theyre gone.

Had the bailiff attend today. tenants had left before the bailiff arrived. Place has been wrecked. They applied gold paint and gold wallpaper all over. damage on walls, missing washing machine, leak, damp, broken furniture and rubbish left behind etc etc. now the fun begins with the refurb. how can people be allowed to live more than 1 year rent free wreck the place and no consequences??
You should take your evidence to the MP and see what they say
