Agent not landlord

Hi just wondering if anyone could help please … arranged a viewing via openrent recently the “ landlord “ advertised as verified. Tenancy agreement states the landlord as being the advertiser c/o a LTD company and she has signed as landlord. However it has now come to light that she actually isn’t the landlord she is in fact the sole lettings person for the company. I have read that openrent do not allow agents to advertise as only the landlord is permitted to do so, and should she have signed identifying as the landlord and not on behalf of ? Thank you
