A potential tenant has sent me the link from this company -rentguarantor to review and sign. It is the first time for me to know this. Basically, the company says they will cover any rent arrears from the tenant if there is any. The reference is fine with the tenant since he has good salary. Shall I use this?
Up to you. I presume he is offering to pay the fee. If so then you should have somehhing clear and inwritigthat he is offering this and not that you are requiring it to avoid any issues with the Tenant Fees Act.
