Tenant won’t give up tenancy

Hello all, my tenant left the property without telling me and has stopped paying. His tenancy does not expire until 30/11/2025 but he has said he has not abandoned the tenancy and property which is a lie. He has made no attempt to talk to me on phone but want to chat via text only. He has made no attempt to pay the rent and rent arrears . I have submitted a Section 8 notice and I am in the process of completing the Possession Claim form online but the claim says I need his address he is living…
