Hello Everyone,
I am having problem with my tenant, he paid the one month deposit and one month rent to get into the property and since he moved in over 4 months ago he has refused to pay anything or attend to any of my correspondence.
I am in a process of evicting him, can anybody give me advice on how to go about it quicker and how best to hold him responsible for his debts.

employ a solicitor who specialises in housing law to do it for you. They’ll not only know the quickest way but they’ll prevent you from making mistakes which could slow the process down a lot more. They’ll also be able to help you raise a claim to recover your costs. However, it sounds like you will have to take further action to enforce this as it doesn’t sound like your tenant is the kind of person who likes to pay his dues.
