Hi, I am planning to let out a 4 bed house in London (Thamesmead).The house is in excellent condition.
However, How do i know what rent I can expect. There are not many 4 bed houses available for rent in my area hence wondering what should be the rental expectations.
have spoken to few local agents and have received different numbers. some are too high whiles others sound low.
How about somewhere in the middle? 
It’s a landlords market so rents are high now. What makes you say too high or too low based on what agents have said?

I will go for the middle option ultimately but would prefer not have to change it once I put the ad in.
