I’m purchasing a property through an auction and it’s cash sale. I’m looking to get conveyancing quotes. I have seen a few online companies that can offer these services.
Can anyone recommend any companies or websites, or advice against using online companies?

I have used Windeatts in Devon for selling and buying several times . They know their job
I’m sure there are good ones but I generally hear really bad things about cheap online conveyancers.
Got a property going through now and seller has used one of these “farms”. Their response times and lack of attention has been diabolical.

Correct . Online is about volume not quality. I had a conveyance for my commercial unit done in 5 weeks.
Make sure to do full due diligence, especially if its tenanted.
