Hi All, my friend is planning to buy a flat whose seller does not know where the allocated parking of the property is, but buyer’s solicitor has read in documents that there is allocated parking for the flat. how to proceed in this case, please can someone advise? my friend likes flat and wants to purchase but this is his problem at the moment thank you
Nothing in the deeds?
Check with freeholder/management company.

it is in deeds - that is how buyer’s solicitor found out. but it does not say location of allocated parking
