Hi, I am looking for a c2 use property within Greater London or a landlord that would be happy for me to apply and pay for conversion to a c2 property in order to use for childcare purposes. Looking for a 5 year lease. Please do let me know if you or anyone you know may have something suitable
I would be surprised if any LL would go down this route , there insurance and mortgage conditions would change and 5 year lease ,with RRB coming in !
