Hi, I want to find a small (2-6 bed) residential rental property in the greater London area that has C2 use permission, ie so we can use as a small care home. Does anyone have advice for the best way to search for these types of rental properties?
Are you talking about purchase or rental? I have no idea whether landlords would be interested in this, but since it would mean some conversion of the building, changing the planning class to C2 and potentially a very long term let, since you would not be able to give vacant possession in the normal timescale, it would not be something I could recommend to a landlord.
