Can I do a tenancy agreement without requesting deposit via rent now

My propsecting tenants have already paid the holding deposit but I want to use my rent now credit to create the tenancy. I don’t seem to be able to without proceeding to ‘request holding deposit’.

Any other way to get into the contract creation process?
