I was looking into the Openrent site. It seems they have the “rent now” option, so my question is can I negotiate the rent or deposit with the landlord on OpenRent after viewings?
Hi Ahmad! Yeah you can absolutely do this. Being able to deal directly with the landlord is what OpenRent is all about.
If you manage to negotiate a different price to the one on the original advert, it can be changed by the landlord after the deposit is placed. It’s sensible to get the agreement in writing, of course.
