Out of interest should the bill become law , what excuses could I use so I don’t have pets ?
1st I got a pet allergy? But would I have to prove it ?

I wouldn’t call it excuses. We looked up lease agreements of all our flats, and every single one either doesn’t allow animals or doesn’t allow them without permission of management company. I’m not sure if such permission is easily granted. I guess, if animal is not able to make loud noises and interfere with quiet enjoyment of the tenants, it may be granted. Fish, for example.
