I am 29 years old with a 20 week old baby.
I have never missed or been late with a rent payment.
I an looking to move because we have had burglaries in past couple months and it is unsafe for baby.
I am really finding it difficult securing a house to rent. I’d prefer a house for access reasons and I am looking at 3 beds so the baby can have a playroom/storage.
I have savings and I earn 35,700 annually. However, this doesn’t seem to be enough. I have applied to over 10 properties and I have been rejected. Its really frustrating as my current property end of tenancy is quickly approaching.
Any landlords on here willing to discuss any available properties they have with me? I am looking in wednesbury, Walsall, West bromwich, oldbury, willenhall.
