Should I take on a tenant who has failed the referencing due to a CCJ but otherwise ok with references.
IS this a joke. How will they ever learn consequences if you do that ? Some poor sod has not been paid a sum of money (maybe a landlord)

It takes a lot to get a CCJ, would have had plenty of chasing and chances to resolve.
CCJ says a lot about someone’s attitude to debt.
