Hi, has anyone had successful letting in the last few months, how did you do it (through OpenRent or otherwise) and how much did you have to discount your pre-CV19 prices? My agent (CBRE) is advising 30% off which is a big ouch. 
Old topic, but prices are lower and looks like many properties are going under asking price. What did you see in the meantime?
