Hello, probably a very simple question to answer but just want to make sure.
I am wanting my incoming rent money to go into a new bank account I’ve made specifically for it. Just wondering if there any legal considerations before simply asking the tenant to change their standing order details. Like notice periods, or if it invalidates this or that etc.
