I had enquired about a property and went for a house viewing. The property was listed as student friendly but after house viewing they decided not to have students. This is honestly a waste of my time and should have been decided before putting the listing up. Is there a way to report this?

Yes you can do this from any property advert. If you click “Report Advert” which looks like this:
Followed by “The listing has a mistake” and then finally “Student Friendly” incorrect.

The Landlord may have legitimately decided that a non-student applicant were less risk, given a greater than anticipated demand. It doesn’t mean that when they placed the advert the Landlord wasn’t willing to consider students, and therefore the advert may not have been inaccurate.
