Hello - I am a journalist writing a piece for The Evening Standard about competition for rental properties/rooms in London.

I am looking to speak to people about their experiences finding somewhere to rent at the moment and how competition may have affected your search. I am especially keen to hear about the selection process for rooms/properties - particularly if you have had to undergo things like complicated interviews or in-depth screening processes.
