I have listed my property a week ago on this site and have had success in the past. However, despite interest and some viewings, I am having difficulty in finding a suitable tenant.
I am also finding that despite the screening option that many people enquiring are ignoring this?
Have any landlords any tips so I can try and combat this & find someone suitable?
