Governments own stats tells us which group is far more likely to default and be behind with rent. And yes it’s the obvious one.

OP seems to think it won’t. Would be good to hear from him either way whether their default was a barrier to getting through the app process.

I declared by defaults. I was told that the reference checking did not go down to that level of detail (public records only)
