Custom clause to cover rent in advance (above £12k limit)

Hi all, I am accepting 11 months rent in advance due to lack of referencing for tenants new to the UK, and I was planning to use Rent Now and the OpenRent contract.

This will amount to more than the £12k limit through OpenRent, but I understand from the help centre that I can receive the rent for months 2 to 11 directly, and insert a custom clause into the contract to stipulate this. https://help.openrent.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/360028678371-Why-there-is-a-12-000-limit-on-Rent-in-Advance-

I would really appreciate any example wording to use for this (legally sound of course). Would I simply outline the agreed payment schedule?
