I would like to advise anyone against moving into the 1 bed flat on featherbed lane Cr0. Me and my partner lived here between October 9th 2021 and December 9th 2021(whilst I was 9 months pregnant and also about to bring home a newborn). We was faced with disgusting mould issues and the flat was also infested with fleas. The landlord didn’t help either issue as she ‘didn’t have the money’. We was told by multiple neighbours she was aware of the issues however she denied all knowledge and blamed us.
