I have been attempting to make a payment for the down payment for a week now. The issue is open rent will only accept UK debit cards, and not a Bank transfer. This has me ver confused in consideration that ret can be paid through bank transfer. No one of the team has attempted to come up with a solution and it is prolonging the contracts being signed. I am very frustrated with how not smooth this process is when it come to one issue that is not quickly resolved. Emails have been consistently and yet there are the same responses generated.
