My tenant has moved out, and she is happy for the end of tenacy cleaning cost and repairs cost to be deducted from the deposit.
Would this be straightforward deduction if she does not dispute, or will mydeposits ask for invoices and evidences only if she disputes it?
This is all new to me.

Gloria3 I believe you will need to provide receipts. You cannot do it yourself and claim for doing the work. Check on My Deposits website, there will be all the information you need to make a claim on the tenants deposit.
You need not update proof etc if the tenant has agreed with the deduction.
